GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE E-SHOP SAVEKEY s.r.o.
Terms and conditions define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and buyer.
These terms and conditions apply as stated on the website of the seller, from the date the electronic order was made by the buyer.
1. By sending the electronic order, the buyer accepts all the provisions of the terms and conditions in force at the date of booking, as well as the date of booking, a valid price of the ordered goods, including shipping, unless in a particular case clearly states otherwise. The Buyer is irrevocably bound by sent order.
2. The buyer is allowed to cancel an order without the consent of the seller within 24 hours from the order, or in the case of exceeded delivery time, which was stated in terms. In other cases, agreement with the seller is necessary.
3. Participants specifically agreed within the meaning of § 262, par.1 of Commercial Code, that if the conditions are not expressly stated otherwise, their rights and obligations are bound by Commercial Code, particularly the provisions of § 409 et seq.
Order and Sale Contract
1. All orders, including those submitted on-line are obligatory. By placing an order the buyer confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions, as well as with the reclamation process and that he agrees with them.
2. An order is a base for sale contract. The sale contract becomes valid, when ordered good is accepted by the buyer.
3. On-line order is not valid unless all the information is not filled in according requirements.
4. The place of delivery is the address given by the buyer.
5. Title to the goods passes to the buyer after full purchase price payment, in the moment of its takeover.
6. By completing the registration form or a binding order, the buyer gives the seller consent to the collection and archiving of personal data about buyers and their purchases.
7. All equipment is supplied with a tax receipt and shall remain in seller’s property until full payment is processed.
Rights and obligations of the customer
1. The buyer is obliged to give correct and complete postal address to which good is to be sent.
2. The buyer is obliged to takeover an order and pays the total price, inc. any postage. Customer is aware of final price when filling orders, even before the definite affirmation.
3. The buyer is required after receiving a SaveKey pendant, to register into the system through the enclosed registration card or, what is strongly recommended, to register online trough the website www.savekey.cz.
Rights and obligations of the seller
1. Any personal information provided during registration is confidential.
2. Seller has the right to refuse an order if the buyer has repeatedly failed to fulfill its commitment to takeover the goods and pay the full purchase price.
3. If the buyer failed to takeover the ordered goods, he must pay all costs incurred in vain for the delivery of goods.
4. Seller has the right to withdraw sales contract / binding orders /, when implementation becomes impossible, unless there is a new agreement with the buyer how to implement otherwise.
Payment method
The buyer has an option, while negotiating the terms and conditions (means filling the order), to choose between two payment methods :
C.O.D. - Czech Post - payment by cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
Bank transfer - the goods are shipped immediately after we have received the payment on our account. Please, be aware that interbank transfers usually take 1 working day. Bank account provided by Komerční banka 43-5448790277/0100.
Shipping information
Postage and packing costs 80, - CZK, but with the order over 1.000, - CZK, there is a charge only 50, - CZK and when ordering more than 2.000, - CZK postage and packing is free of charge.
Delivery information
All orders are processed immediately if possible, from the date of order to 3 working days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the customer will be warned by e-mail, in which the next term will be specified. The order is regarded as processed when the goods are handed over by Transport Company. All equipment is supplied with a tax receipt and shall remain in seller’s property until full payment is processed. Contractor reserves the right to cancel the order if there is significantly altered price of professional services, in which case we will contact you and suggest alternatives.
Goods inspection and registration into SaveKey system
The buyer is obliged to properly inspect goods immediately upon receipt; any deficiencies must be reported to the seller as soon as possible. Buyer is also obliged to register into the SaveKey system, i.e. complete the enclosed registration card and send it in the enclosed envelope or register ONLINE at www.savekey.cz. In both cases, we will inform you about your successful registration by email.
Contract withdrawal and the goods return
The buyer is entitled under the Act No. 367/2000, par. 6 as amendment of Commercial Code to withdraw the contract within 14 days from the takeover of goods. If so, he must sent the goods back with no damaged, no signs of use and in original packaging within the period – significant is the date of shipment. When the goods are received by seller, the appropriate amount will be immediately sent back to customer. But the buyer is also obliged to refund all the company expenses associated with the shipment of the goods. Please, send the pendants on the address: SaveKey Company, Mánesova 2039/14, 301 00 Plzeň.
Reclaiming and warranty period
1. Any reclaiming is processed according applicable law of the Czech Republic.
2. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods with no delay and immediately report possible defaults on the email address: info@savekey.cz.
3. The buyer is obliged to describe the defects.
4. The warranty period of SaveKey pendant lasts for 24 months.
5. The seller has to decide the claim within 10 working days and subsequently inform about his decision the buyer by email or phone. Claims must be settled within 30 days from the application. Costs of the legitimate reclaims are borne by the seller.
Privacy Policy
Supplier SaveKey Company ltd. undertakes not to sell or provide the entrusted data to a third party or use personal data in any way for commercial offer which is not in connection with SaveKey Company ltd. without consent of owners of these data. All the personal data will be used in terms of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. about Protection of Personal Data. By registering, customer gives a formal consent to gather his personal information. Personal data will be deleted from our database in the case of not prolonging the contract, exactly 1 year from the date of termination.
Final Provisions
The validity of service is 5 years from the registration into SaveKey system. We will always inform you before the expiration with possibility to prolog the contract. In the case of key loss (from car, house, office, apartment, cottage etc.) which are equipped by SaveKey pendant and are found and delivered on our address, we will immediately inform you about re-found keys, using the data provided by you during registration. Subsequently, the keys will be sent to you as an insured letter. In the case that your keys has not been found and successfully delivered to SaveKey Company, we do not bear responsibility and you are not eligible to receive any refund for services or compensation for inconvenience associated with the loss of your keys.
